Quick questions.
How do I claim my rewards?
Show your reward pass (the QR code on this page or in your email) at the till when you pay. The team will scan it or type in your code.
When can I use each reward?
Multiverse gaming is free for 15 minutes on every visit. The free kids' slushie is Monday to Friday, one per paying child. Kids eat for £2.50 on weekdays from 16:00 to 18:00.
How long do the rewards last?
All of November, until Mon 30 Nov. Your next AstroClub rewards will land in your inbox.
How do loyalty stamps work?
Every visit earns a stamp. Collect 5 stamps and your 6th visit is free, based on your average ticket. Your latest stamp count is in your AstroClub email, and on your pass when you open it from that email.
Do I need to book?
Walk-ins are welcome when we have space, but we often reach capacity at busy times, so booking online guarantees your entry.
What's changing with booking?
We're moving to a new booking system this month to make booking better. Your login details and the way you book will change, and we'll email you soon with everything you need to know.
